Terms & Conditions – Custom Printing onto pouches

By placing an order for custom printed Mylar bags with Pick-a-Pouch, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Artwork & Design Approval

  • Customers are responsible for supplying accurate artwork files.
    We do not make design adjustments unless specifically agreed in writing.
  • Once artwork is approved by the customer, we are not responsible for any errors, typos, or design issues.
  • The print over the ziplock seal is not seamless. Artwork supplied must please note that.

Printing & Colour Variations

  • Slight colour variations may occur due to the nature of the printing process.
  • We cannot guarantee exact colour matches and do not accept returns or refunds for colour differences.

Misprints & Defects

  • While we take care to produce high-quality products, minor misprints, shifts, or alignment variations can occur.
  • We are not responsible for misprints once artwork has been approved.
  • Refunds, replacements, or credits are not provided for misprints or defects unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once an order has been placed and approved.

Order Quantities

  • The MOQ is 100 units
  • Customers will be billed for the actual quantity produced.

Liability

  • Pick-a-Pouch is not liable for any loss, damages, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of printed Mylar bags.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By submitting payment and approving artwork, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
